Welcome to Stamfordham Village School

'Stamfordham First School provides an outstanding education for children between the ages of two and nine years, with all the benefits of a small rural village school in Northumberland.' Ofsted 2009

Dear Parents and Carers,

We look forward to your child joining our school community where we will endeavour to provide them with a secure, happy and stimulating environment in order that they may thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

During your child’s time here, we hope that you will come to regard the school as your school, and that your family’s involvement with the school will be positive.  Our pupils leave the school as independent learners who have a positive and active approach to their future lives and society.

We hope to continue the partnership between home and school over the next few years and pride ourselves in being responsive to the community we serve. The staff at Stamfordham First School strive to make ours a happy and successful learning environment for all children who attend.

We look forward to sharing your child’s first years at school, and hope you find that our school web site is helpful and informative.

Enjoy your visit.

Yours,

Claire McKinney
