PE and Sport Premium

What is the PE and Sport Premium?

 

Primary schools receive an annual Government grant to improve the PE and sport in their setting.  We use this premium to:

* Develop and add to the PE and sport that we offer

* Build capacity and capability within school to improve the PE offer for the future

* Raise the profile of PE and sport in school

* Increase the knowledge. confidence and skills of all staff teaching PE

* Increase the participation in competitive sport

* Broaden the range of sports offered both in-school and through our extra-curricular offer
